In the email you must state your NAME and indicate whether you are registering as a "LEADER" or a "FOLLOWER."

In the email, include the following two paragraphs. (Please copy the text contained in the box, and paste into the body of your email.)

Payment instructions will be emailed to you after we receive your registration information

I hereby commit to participate in the "Maja and Marko in Florida" - the May 5-7 2023 event organized by Thuy's Milonga.

I agree to hold the organizers and the owner of the venue harmless and agree to discharge, release, or waive any claim of liability or damages for any injury, physical or emotional, that I might suffer as a result of my participating in the "Maja and Marko in Florida" event. Should any claim be brought by me against organizers and/or venue owner for liability and/or damages resulting from my participation in this event, I will be responsible for paying organizer’s- and venue owner's reasonable attorney fees and cost for having to defend against such action.
